Wheel repair NOVA area or new set?

Sidewall blew out and when mounting the replacement tire, tech advised that the wheel is bent and required a crap ton of wheel weights to balance. I'm pretty sure half the wheel is balanced with weights.

Looking at options to either repair the wheel or just get another set entirely. Currently sitting on 19" peelers.

Thoughts? Either repair one wheel or get a set of the VMR710's :). Pretty sure there was a sale last year on vmr/winter tire combo, may just wait for those.

Sounds like it's time to get new wheels. VMRs are a good bang for the buck.

A few months back I was looking for places in the NOVA area to refinish my wheels. The paint has started to peel in some areas plus some curb rash from the previous owner. Everywhere I called quoted me around $250 per wheel, so I decided to make these my winter set and get new wheels next summer.

If I were in your shoes though I might look into getting one spare peeler or even going aftermarket. Unless you're really set on new wheels it's going to be way cheaper, especially if you factor in the cost of new tires if you need them on the VMR's. Plus you can always sell them down the line and recoup some $$. Just my two cents.

Don't go to wheel ding king. I went there... Good for a cheap quick fix but not gonna look like it never happened. Spend the money to get it done at a pro shop. My 2c

I've got a set of 20x8.5 C7 S6 wheels (no tires) collecting dust in my garage. Would be willing to let the set go for $1k. No wheel rash or bends, but long term they could stand a re-paint. PM me if you're in interested.

ET 45 I believe. I'll snap some pics tomorrow and confirm the offset.
