ABS Return Flow Pump V39

I'm getting an abs return flow pump v39 error code, abs is reading about 14.2 volts on the 006 measuring blocks. I tried to do an output test on vagcom but it doesn't do anything. Anyone dealt with this code before? My abs doesn't work during heavy braking and the esp light is on as well. 2001.5 s4
