You should be able to return those for a full refund if you're under 45 days, even if you're over 45 they'll make exceptions. I bought a set of Hankooks and hated them, I called to see what my options were and they said they'd allow me to return them for a full credit. I also get my entire road hazard payment returned.

Just tell them you aren't happy with the tires and you should be good to go, they'll even send you return labels.
