Last I heard, dealers were supposed to have info this month. My local guy has always been pretty good at getting the latest. We'll see.

The head of Audi Sport. He said in an interview something like "The RS4 will be released as an avant as that's what people expect from the RS4. We have to think of where we want to sell cars, and what is expected there. The potential in China and the U.S. for RS models is getting us thinking about body styles that may work there—maybe a hatchback, like the RS7.

Well it's something, but the article is two years old. Was hoping for one more recently, after the name change to Audi Sport and after they've said they're bringing more RS models over.

Maybe the RS5 Sportback will look OK and we won't need the RS4. Time will tell.

Interested in this info, as well as if Black Optics is forthcoming for S5 sportback. Alternatively, thinking about ordering package from TAG and then seeing if my bodyshop can effectively paint the chrome window trim in gloss black

All is quiet. No info on either.

Your body shop can easily paint your trim. And the best part, it will be easier to maintain than the OE glossy black trims. I had a buddy that had his trim done on his S5. Looks fantastic still, several years later.
