That thread is pretty old.

Achtuning is the preferred shop for many, I personally have always had a good experience with them. Right next to them is a place called European Car Authority, have also worked personally with them many times and recommend their services.

If you need something closer to the city, Fine Tuning is up north on 99, haven't been there myself but believe they do quality work.
