    Need Help/Advice Urgent

Hey guys, Recently my car has been giving me a lot of trouble. I drive a 2012 S4 and I love it, however my transmission has been leaking fluid for a little while. Before my warranty ended In April I complained about a jerk in my transmission and what not just to get my tranny issues on file. In August I noticed the leak after I took my under body pan off and it was bad. I took it to Audi and they emailed Audi of Canada and they agreed to look at it and pay for parts and I would have to pay for labour which I was fine doing. They found problem being the transmission pan and gasket and fixed it

however afterwards I still noticed a leak. I called audi and told them and they looked at it again and told me that its my actual transmission thats leaking (didnt tell me what exactly) but at the same time they told me they tightened 3 bolts that were loose that might have been causing the leak. I gave it another day and still noticed to leak. Wanted to ask you guys what I should do next?

Isn't it their fault because they missed where part of the leak was coming from and pretty much only fixed part of my problem to begin with? Im going to call them back, however if they do not agree to fix the problem what else can I do? I live in the GTA and have been going to PFAF Audi. Can I email Audi of Canada or something?

I labelled it urgent because I wanted to have a talk with audi today, thank you guys in advance

Transmission housings don't leak unless they have a crack in them. If your leak is coming from the Trans pan gasket that they didn't install properly, that's their fault and they need to fix it. Although it shouldn't be, keep in mind it might be a difficult task to get them to do that for you because it's on their dime.

Alternatively you could buy a new pan gasket, something to catch your fluid in and just change it yourself.

how do you just bump the thread without acknowledgement of very sound advice? other people are less likely going to help you if you don't at least respond saying thank you or something

Well I called PFAF Audi today and they pretty much agreed to take a look at it for free on Friday and proceed from there. I am insisting on them fixing it, the only reason why I feel like they have to fix it is because when they did the original diagnostic they missed another source of the leak. pretty much fixed one part of the leak and forgot the other, and I agreed to pay for the labour in order to have my leak stop, not to have part of my transmission continue leaking. The transmission pan and gasket are good right now. Also forgot to add this but they also did a Tranny flush, is there a chance they put to much dsg oil and blew one of my seals and thats where the leak is coming from now?
    thanks for the reply!!
