    S5 19" wheels with 32 offset on A4 b8.5

    Hi,

Looking to pick these S5 19" 5 double spoke wheels for my b8.5. I'm concerned on the offset. Anyone has these wheels on their b8.5? Any issues? Will they fit? Do I need spacers? Will I ruin/ add wear and tear to the bearing etc?

    19" x 8.5" 5x112 w/32 offset on 255/35/19 tires

I have these on my B8, so I think my review is still relevant.

They are perfect in every way. IMO, the most underrated wheels for the A4. Everyone's obsessed with the S5 rotors, but the double spoke S5's look just as, if not more amazing. I refinished mine in gloss anthracite and they seriously look dope (still has an OEM look to it, but the darker metal gives the curves and inflection point a lot more visual depth).

No spacers needed. Sits very flush with the outer wheel wells. It is BORDERLINE outside.

    Basically it's perfect.

I'm also running this exact setup on my B8. They sit flush with the outer fenders perfectly like gtg196w said, and they look great. Might be clearance issues if your car is lowered like 1.5 inches or more... but stock height they fit great

^+3, if you lower it more than 1.5" , ask your alignment tech to give you -2.0 degrees of rear negative camber and you will be good to go.

The edge of the rim will protrude a little bit relative to the front fenders at the front end.

But that also makes pretty much perfect for the back end where the wheel track is narrower than the front.

For me the pefect set up is for B8.5 is:

19 x 8.5 ET40 front (but very rare to find, most after market wheels are either ET35 or ET45)

19 x 8.5 ET30 back (via custom-made wheels or use of wheel spacers)

Picture of my B8.5 with 19 x 8.5 ET36 all around with no spacers

Front end protrudes a tiny bit, rear end is recessed a tiny bit.

Those wheels are less aggressive than the S5 19x9 et33 wheels I'm running. You'll be perfectly fine.

    Here's how the 19x8.5 et32 will sit:

    And here's the 19x9 et33:

I have those on my 2011 A4 Avant and they look great. The one issue I am having now is the wheel gap is much more noticeable but like others have said have to watch the lowering as my shop said may be rubbing if I lower to much. Wish i could lower like 1/2 to 3/4 inch and think it would be great, but most kits are 1 inch or more.
