Hoping someone can drop some knowledge on me about this issue I'm having:

Multiple times throughout a drive while at speed, the car will do a quick shutter, and will be accompanied by the ESP light turning on (traction control turning off). Or while at idle, rpm's will drop for a split second, and again accompanied by traction control turning itself off.

Car does have emissions light on, Code P0420, is that the culprit?
