I personally like Mobil 0w-40 (european spec). Its a great motor oil and is quite cheap.

Either go with the Audi specific fluid or something 75w-90 for the differentials (Theres 3 total). My personal favorite is Redline 75w-90.

Stick with OEM fluid for the transmission. www.theCTSC.com has the fluid for cheap. Stick with Lifeguard 6 or 6+.

The center diff does not use standard gear oil, so don't use Redline or any other standard gear oil. Get the OEM stuff. It's expensive, but required.

As for oil, I like either Motul or LiquiMoly. Both are better performing oils than Mobil 1.

I always recommend sticking with OEM fluids on german cars, especially if you live in a cold climate. I heard a lot of guys in warm climates using redline for trans but I hear it does not do too well in cold northern climates.
