Second one is way overpriced. I wouldn't touch that car for damn near $70k. At that point, you could spend about $15k more and get a new one. First one is a bit expensive as well, but at least there you're getting the carbon trim (which is the best available in my personal opinion) and an exclusive interior, which actually works with that particular color. But again, you're bumping up against new car money for a vehicle that has one expensive option (the interior color). I think you can do better, unless you just love that color combo.
I was adamant that my S6 have the adaptive cruise control. Perfect world, I'd want a car with it, because in the rare instances I've used it, I've found it useful. But if I found a car in the color combo I wanted, with the sport seats, black headliner, carbon trim, rear sports dif...I don't know that I would walk away from that car just because it didn't have ACC. Unless you're driving a lot of highway miles, I just don't see the use for it on a daily basis for it to be a deal killer. I tried using it around town in my daily commute once, and damn near rammed a car at full speed at a stop light because the system, for some reason, didn't see the car in front of me.
