Sport Suspension Springs

I'm looking to lower my ride height and have a connection for a killer deal on oem sport shocks but am in need of the sport springs. Ideally I'd want them from a 2002 as I've heard its lower but any year will suffice.

I have a set just sitting here from a 2005 avant quattro. If they'll work, make an offer. I'm not using them.

Are they from a 1.8T or 3.0? not sure if that makes a difference but I assume added weight up front for a 3.0 would require a higher spring rate.
