Exclamation P0101 - 004 - Implausible Signal - MIL ON (Mass Air Flow Sensor (G70))

    Hello,

I'm getting a MAF error, and I already tried cleaning the G70 sensor with no success. I also used VAGCOM, and noticed that the mass airflow is at constant .67g/s regardless if I rev up the engine or not. I even tried driving around, and that number will just never change.

A few weeks ago, I did remove the head cylinder and there for removing the turbo and exhaust manifold.

So my question, is this a bad sensor or it's possible there's a vacuum leak?

    I'm getting only two codes...

    Code:

Electrical, remove leads from battery, connect them together for 20 minutes, replace. That will reset the ECU. If that doesn't work check fuses and that you're getting power where needed. Terminal 30 is a positive always on rail, not a particular spot.

20 mins? I can barely trench them far enough to touch together for 20 seconds without straining too much, shit haha.

So it's not a bad sensor, but just a matter of resetting the ECU? Just curious, what gives it away?
