    Stock grille measurements

As the title suggests I'm looking for the measurements of the stock grille on the C6 since I'm gonna try to fit the mesh into my A4 B7 S-line frame

Top/bottom width and height would be great.

Top corner to corner is 28", bottom corner to corner is 20" and overall height is 20". These measurements are to the outer edges of the frame. Frame on my grill (aftermarket RS6) is 3/4" inch on the sides and bottom and 1.5" on the top.

Sin's got you covered. But TBH, I would highly advise purchasing one (provided you are not trying to do some crazy fab design).
You can pick one up really cheap nowadays, the build quality will most likely look much better (just an assumption) and you always have the original to either sell or swap in when you sell the car.
    Just my 2 cents...

You do have a point... but I don't know if you're familiar with the mod, but it does involve cutting the mesh from the ''frame''

Semi-familiar. I looked into doing what I assume you are talking about with my fog grilles, after I swapped in my RS grille. If you look there is some really good mesh out there - there is an ebay seller in Germany who has the exact size.

If I had an A/S4 it would be easier because I could have just bought the RS4 DTM fog grilles to match the RS grille mesh. Oh well....

    Happy modding!
