Just wondering if I can get away with not removing the bumper for the snubmount install on my b6 avant, I've been seeing some people say you don't and some say you do... Just trying to avoid it if it's not needed. Thanks!

For a 1.8T you don't have to remove the front bumper and move the front end into service position. However there is no room on the 3.0 or 4.2 so you do.

The bumper is pretty easy to get off on a B6. Only downside is you have to drain the washer fluid, but that's only a few bucks to replace.

Just throw a vacuum line cap on the washer line when you disconnect it and you'll only lose a bit.
