2015 A3 window regulator issues

Hi, I've had my new to me 2015 A3 for almost two weeks, and both rear window regulators popped already.

Anyone else have issues?

Could this point to something else?

It's covered and I'm not worried about that part, but I hope I don't have a lemon or something worse.

No issues here. I have 4,700 miles right now. The B6's really had poorly designed regulators that frequently failed. My B8's passenger side started having issues around 35k miles. I'm hoping Audi addressed this issue by now. Did the stealership confirm that the regulators failed?

Had the passenger rear fixed on Wednesday and it was the regulator. Not confirmed on the drivers side rear window, but it sounded like a regulator. I've owned and driven VWs and Audi's since the early 90's and have never had a regulator go until this last month where I've had 3! 2 on my '15 A3 and one on the traded in C6 S6, although I made it to 110k on the S6 before I replaced a regulator.
