How to change the "Trunk Trim Panel" (8T0-863-471-4PK)

My trunk trim panel got scratched and I would like to replace it. I found the part number: 8T0-863-471-4PK

    The panel looks like this:

The part seems simple enough. Do I simply remove the rubber and pull it out? Or are there two push pins at the bottom that need to be removed?

Does anyone know the type or part number of the push pins involved? I tend to replace them when pulling them just because.

There should be 4 metal clips holding the panel onto the body. The diagram at the link below shows only 2 clips, but I just did this on my 2013 about 2 weeks ago, and there were 4.

    These are the metal clips:

Move the rubber out of the way, then carefully, but forcefully pull up on the panel in the general location of the clips. The two pins at the bottom are guides.

    Thank you!

    So, then no plastic pins.

BTW. What is the luggage net (21)? Was that an add on option? Mine doesn't have it.

No plastic pins, and the luggage net is an option.

I have a trunk net no longer being used if anybody is looking for one. I bought a weathertech trunk mat and don't use that anymore- perfect condition
