Anyone know where I can find a cold air intake for my b7 a4 2.0t? Post links, sites, searches, whatever if you have any info.

Just stick a K&N cone filter on, that's what I did and save yourself a few $$$.

That would decrease performance and take out your MAF sensor. Unless you have other mods, stock is just fine for the intake. "cold air" intake is just a play on words...

What do you mean take out your MAF sensor? Mine has been fine and don't really feel a decrease or increase in power. Just make sure you have proper heatshield to block the hot air from reaching the filter.

If you over-oil a K&N it will coat your MAF in filter oil and it will need to be cleaned. Not a jumped timing belt, but still not ideal. Just follow the instructions and don't put too much oil on you'll be fine.

    K&N or ebay

Its just a universal cone and you just get the right size to connect right to the MAF, dont know what size as I haven't done it yet

    Get something like this:
    https://www.amazon.com/RG-1001RD-Uni...dp/B00AFRIVNQ/

Take out the stock box and filter out and put this on. Shouldn't even need to remove the MAF.

to remove the airbox, MAF has to come off, its attached to inside of airbox

Good call on that one, its just really weird how much cheaper that one is than all the other plastic/rubber ones listed on amazon, youd figure the chrome one would cost more? Weird

For my heatshield I bought this from ebay:
    http://www.ebay.ca/itm/121582582478?...%3AMEBIDX%3AIT

Keeps the intake pretty cold, heat never reaches it.

Good stuff, might buy this and put it on the underside of my heat shield. Is it adhesive?

Yup, backside is adhesive. I used a few layers of it until no heat reached the intake side. It's pretty amazing, hasn't melted either the turbo gets it really hot.
