I haven't had to take a car to anyone other than my friend in a long time. But he's in Seattle and he's booked for weeks and my rear brakes are crunchy! Any recommendations for a shop that won't screw me?

Does your car have an electronic parking brake?

If so, make sure the shop you take it to has VCDS or something similar to release it. If not they might try shorting the battery which could harm other things.

Any of the shops common listed here should be able to help you out. Matrix, Futrell, DJM, etc

I'm new to the Euro world, but you can't go wrong with Futrell or Matrix. Futrell has a xbox in the waiting room.
