    The 2 piece carbon fiber like front bra is made by Colgan
    B7 fob remote works. You'll need new blank
    Coil pack is new unused

    Can the key be programmed to a new car? I mean, if it's already been paired with a car, can the immobilizer be paired with another car? I only have one key so I want a second as a backup

    To do it right you need a virgin immobilizer and new cut blade.
    Then use VAG or key sequence to program it to open / lock doors

    It can work if you only want it to open / lock door and program it with sequence of key in the ignition and reuse your parts but you only have one key.

    I did the same thing and made 3 since that is the number of keys allowed on immobilizer iirc and paid dealer to program immobilizer and remote feature.
