Stupid phone question

In every other car I've had there is an option to take the phone call off the speaker and use the handset - usually something that says "Move Call To Handset" or something like that. I can't find anything like that on the Q5. Is there a way to answer through the handset or move the call off the speaker? Thx

What phone are you using? For the iPhone the option to do this is on the phone itself.

I haven't seen that option on our SQ5 while the call is in progress. We either turn off the Bluetooth on the call or turn the Bluetooth off on the phone to do it on ours. On my 2016 GMC Sierra I don't have a hard pressed button to do it, I can just hit the system button on my steering wheel and say transfer call and the truck will send it back over to the phone.

This is super easy then, when on the call there is a Bluetooth icon on your call screen. It will be green, just press it once and it will put the call back on the phone. Press it again and it will put it back in the car.

Android also has a similar feature. It should be an option under the car's bluetooth settings on the phone - however, I believe it will completely remove the ability use the phone via the car's bluetooth (music, contacts, etc. should still be available).

There is also an app that routes phone calls/audio to specific bluetooth devices that you set up by default - Bluetooth Audio Manager.

None of these options give the car the ability to transfer the call though, which sucks. They only let you set the handset as the default answering device. The ability to transfer the call will only be on the phone as TJay74 suggested.
