Up for sale is my 2001.5 Stage 3 S4.
Casablanca White with Nogaro Alcantara swapped Interior. Freshly Re-sprayed Front Bumper. All seats are in great condition; Rear seats have hardly been sat in.
The reason for the low price is that I am looking for a quick sale due to needing a down payment for a house; Car really isn?t a priority anymore.
I have built and owned this car for 5 years. As of late is has been a dust collector.
The motor currently has 120k and full Stage 3 (including replacing damn near every seal on the motor) at 96k.
There are well over 20k in aftermarket parts. Car gets 5k Rotella 5W-30 Oil changes and NGK BKR7E Spark plugs. Current Maintenance includes driver?s side front and rear wheel bearings, Power steering Rack, Rotors and Pads all the way around all done in the last 10K.

-Old Epic Tuning Group Tune (Never revised, definitely would suggest a remap from a current respectable tuner)

-034 Bi-Pipes with Meth Bungs (Powdercoated Wrinkle Black)
-ProjectB5 1-Piece intake with Hitachi MAF (Could use a new filter)

-AWE Intercoolers (Have CF Shrouds, Just never installed)
-BREMBO 17Z Big Brake Kit

-It has a short shifter installed, Unsure of brand.

-Car has brand new Fog Lights just haven?t installed them yet.
On to the problem areas:
-Needs a clutch. I currently have a brand new Clutchmasters FX400 6-Puck that I just don?t have the time or desire to install. Can be negotiated with sale price.
-Car currently has a CEL for Fuel Trim Lean. Under WOT the car spits and sputters, but idles and drives smooth under light load. 99.9% sure the Injectors need to be replaced. They were used when I installed them. Changed plugs, not the issue.
-Brake Pad Sensor Light is on, Sensor was bypassed years ago, Wiring most likely came undone.
-No A/C. Was in the process of doing a full delete. Condenser and Compressor still installed, I have the rest of the lines set aside.
-No Filler Plate.
-Short Shifter could probably use a proper alignment, Adjusted it by feel, Kind of gotten used to it.
-Couple Tree Sap spots on the trunk lid, Just haven?t taken the time to get it off.

Negotiations:
VERY FIRM on my price. I am motivated to sell, But not to get nickeled and dimed. I know what the car is worth and the price reflects as much of a hit as I am willing to take: Car is priced well below market value and worth a ton more if parted out.
