I notice a wet spot/ leak in the engine bay. Its to the right of the alternator and slightly below it.

Also i mark one of the photo that has a metal line that runs to the front with a nut. What line is that??
Is it suppose to move?? cause mine does with my hand i can push it to the left or right, like a bolt that can be twist to the right or left.

Also what is that rubber black hose on top of the metal line circle in the pic??

I would definitely not do that. You do not want any of that crap in your power steering system. OP just tighten that banjo bolt up and replace crush washers if needed and see if it loosens up again. You will probably need to top off and bleed power steering system as well since air more than likely got into the system. Remember only use the correct mineral oil power steering fluid and not "store brand" generic power steering fluid.

Lucas power steering leak sealer is one of those things that works and doesn't hurt anything. It coats the orings and seals with a protective film. In a car this old I would run it and also upgrade to chf 202. This setups is power steering fluid 2.0

I had a small leak from my banjo fitting as well. Tightened it down and bit, threw a bit of Lucas PS Stop Leak in, and haven't had a problem since. It's been about a year now.

okay guys i tighten up the bolt that is on the top. it was really tight already. Not sure if this will help, Got to see if the leak stop or not.
where is the washer at? Is it at the bottom? cause i see another 6 point nut in between do i have to tighten that up too?

I think we all have the same problem you have. I know I do. When this happened to me I did exactly what you did, I tightened up the banjo bolt on top. The leak still happened so I replaced the crush washers. The leak still happened after that. So I warmed up a bottle of power steering stop leak on the stove so that when I added it to the reservoir with the car running it was not really thick and would not bog down the power steering pump. If you add it too fast you will hear a skimming sound. After that the leak is almost all the way stopped. The leaks in my steering rack pretty much stopped leaking and my power steering feels normal again. Before it was feeling weak. As I said before of the Lucas power steering stop leak has seal conditioning agents in it and it leaves a protective durable film on the seals and the internals of the power steering system. There is really no drawback to adding it to the system. It will do no harm and if you ask me it should come in a brand new car.

As for the nut that you're talking about that is below the banjo bolt... Apparently it is supposed to be able to be tightened. I didn't have a wrench big enough to turn that at the time but I gave it a go with a large vice grips and it did not turn for me. Maybe if you put it on a bench you'll have better luck. Or hopefully someone can chime in on that. Myself I still have a leak but it's very very very small. With new crush washers and tightening the banjo bolt with Lucas power steering stop leak. I will say no matter what you do that you should add the Lucas power steering stop leak. It will help your seals live longer.

Also, when you tighten the banjo bolt down remember to hold the hose in position so it does not rotate as you tighten it.
