Transmission fluid and differential fluid change???? HELP!

OK so I have a 2003 A4 quattro 1.8t 5 speed automatic. I want to change my trans fluid and differential fluid. The questions I have are. What fluid does the trans use and how much, how many differentials are there and what fluid do they use and how much? I get conflicting stories on everything I read online. Thanks for any help you can provide.

I would also take a look in your owners manual. I changed mine in my 6MT B7 S4 it was very easy with the right equipment. Auto is a little different, but the diff should be the same. Good oil does help a lot!
