Exclamation B6 S4 M/T - water pump, thermostat, temp sensor? Need help ASAP.

Ok here's the situation, I just got my radiator replaced (which was a pain IMA to find the right one) and now I am still running into cooling issues. my coolant sensor has been acting pretty spurratic lately, it will remain on C for like 20 minutes and randomly will jump to half way between cool and hot, then back down to C while driving it? Well last night it decided to go completely got and stay there, so I pull over and realize my car is steaming and when opening the coolant cap I realized it was not pressurized and there was no coolant left, but I don't recall any leaks? When the car gets to the H, sometimes the oil pressure light comes on, but immediately goes off, and after all this the car goes back to C. It's odd, and the steam was coming from the rear of the engine, where the coolant reservoir is. So, any ideas? Water pump? Thermostat? Sensor? Something worse? Thanks for the input!

If a car is overheating the oil light will come on because the oil is being overheated as well and thin out hence low oil pressure

Check your coolant temp sensor and coolant level sensor. Check for leaks around the coolant reservoir and check for any hoses that may not have been put back correctly. I had my radiator replaced a few months ago and the techs straight up didn't put a clamp on one of the hoses and after a month of vibration, the hose came lose and leaked coolant everywhere (scared the shit out of my mom who was riding shotgun at the time). Your low coolant level warning should have come on if you were leaking coolant.

The coolant reservoirs are also prone to cracking. New ones are cheap so worth replacing.
You might also want to check your waterpump and thermostat.

I will try bleeding the coolant lines as stated and see what happens. How would I be able to tell if the water pump and thermostat are working correctly?

The water pump you can tell you should see coolant being pumped into bottle with engine running

Welp, I'll let you know once I figure out this new mess ( hood release cable popped from the release on the inside, this ought to be fun unscrewing the bolts holding the hood latch to the hood) fml. But my concern is that when the engine was hot, the steam appeared to be coming from behind the engine, beside where the reservoir is, without knowing what exactly is located in that spot that would be spewing the steam.

The coolant temp sensor is almost dead center (left to right) in the rear of the engine. if that popped out you would lose coolant quite fast and probably a fair bit would splash off the trans onto the downpipes.

Well, I found the problem. Finally got the hood up and topped off my coolant in the reservoir, only to hear it spilling out below the engine as quickly as I poured it into the tank. After going some investigative work, I found the issue, a burst hose. If I knew how to post a photo on here I would show you. But, the hose is about an inch in diameter, on the backside of the engine, below all of the small hoses, not sure where it leads but it should be an easy repair. I'm going to change the thermostat in the process and the temperature sensor just to make sure my cooking issues are resolved finally.

Apparently it's the heater core hose that popped off. It came disconnected from the quick connect plastic piece (on the engine side). After a few back breaking hours of trying to get it off, I found the lip on the plastic connection that holds the hose to it had chipped off on one side. Anyone have an idea where I can get this piece, the plastic connector That connects to the hose, or do I have to replace the whole hose?
