I have a problem with my car :( ... Audi A4 B5, 1.9TDI 66kw 90HP 1Z year 1996
I have sound to my car engine is normal?
Please help me!

I change to engine:
1) distribution
2) tappets
3) Camshaft
4) buffer engine
5) buffer Gearbox
6) belt accessories engine
7) alternator pulley
8) The tension pulley

Use an auto stethoscope to determine noise location. If I had to take a guess, cam tensioner or lifters (tappets).

There is no cam tensioner, it is SOHC.

Sounds like an old, getting tired diesel engine to me. Little extra noisy though. How is the exhaust? Any leaks? Getting any soot? How is performance?

Yes, the sound was and before replacement tappets

Maybe it isn't coming from the motor. But if it is, maybe an addative for diesel engines can quit things down. I have personally used an oil stabilizer addative that not only quited down my lifters, but bonus points on having it also coat my upgraded turbo's ball bearings.

Use an auto stethoscope to pinpoint noise location. Or use a bigger screwdriver with rubber handle at the end. This is what I use.

I used semi-synthetic oil Motul 10W40. The sound comes from the top of the engine near the windscreen.
I changed: distribution, tappets, camshaft, buffer engine, buffer gearbox, belt accessories engine, alternator pulley, the tension pulley. All these parts are new and the sound is still there.

What kind of additive did you used?

My car has approximative 315000 KM

My engine is petrol, but it basically would make the oil not particularly thicker. But more clingy, to say. So internal parts were better coated.

Adding thicker oil isn't always a good thing. But I don't know what specs are suggested.There is a time and place to use it. If you felt bearing clearances were getting larger and you wanted to compensate, then this would be a proper time. But you said noise was coming from the top.

Your journals don't get bigger like bearing clearances do. Adding oil that thick only makes it harder to travel through those journals till oil warms up and thins out. But even then, you still don't know how much you are robbing your cams of lubrication. This is most likely why newer vehicles use oil weights as thin as 0w20 (ie my mother's civic). Tighter journals and clearances.
