Anybody have a good shop they trust in Mountain View or Sunnyvale?

Or surrounding area?

Finally to rear ended and looking for a great shop.

My car was backed into and GEICO sent me to Mountain View Body Shop...they did a good job, except for a paint line in the door jam. When I pointed it out, they fixed it and gave me a rental while they did. The paint work otherwise was very good.

I've been going to United Collision Center (2235 Old Middlefield Way, Mountain View) for 12-15 years for B5, B6 & B8 work - used to be called R&W Auto Body.
Always been highly satisfied with their work on my cars including some custom paintwork on my B8.

The Works Auto Body or German Auto Body, both in Santa Clara.

My advice is to avoid insurance company-recommended places and look for someone who's interested in fixing it right, rather than fixing it cheaply. It'll take longer (they'll have to send adjustor out and then probably fight to get him to allow doing it properly), but it's worth it.

Another vote for United. They do great work, get it done fast, and have great customer service.

I know it's not in Sunnyvale or Mountain View but if willing to drive a bit more south Pan American Body Shop in San Jose does amazing work (Audi Certified).
