Slight Squeal After New Alternator

I just replaced my alternator with a new OEM Valeo alternator on my APB 2.7t due to a no charge issue... I had no squeals before this... the car seems to be charging fine, but on first start I noticed this squeal and it won't go away... As you'll see in the video, you can hear it better underneath the car. The belt tensioner has a Slight amount of play in the pulley, it doesn't spin freely. The alternator pulley seems to spin freely in both directions, is this correct? I can get a video of me spinning the pulleys if need be. Also if it's worth mentioning the alternator housing itself gets very hot very quickly, is this normal?

I had one that made a loud squealing noise, but the pulley would not spin freely. Sent it back and the replacement spun and made no noise. New belt or same belt?
