B8.5 S4 RS4 Fog Light Delete/Honeycomb Grille

So I am making this threat to potentially have someone create a product. everybody knows how on the RS5 the area where the fog lights would be is just a nice black mesh without any fog lights. The only way to do this with the B8.5 S4 is to completely transfer to the RS4 bumper. I want someone preferebly ECS tuning to create a new fog light grille delete with the same style grille as the RS5. I have seen a photo on audizine of someone who custom made one for the b8.5 s4 and it looks absolutely amazing and so aggressive. Please help me to get the word out there that people would actually want this product because I know people would love it.

Leave the bulbs plugged in and never hit the button simple, just zip tie them away . Thats what i did to my 335i when i converted the front bumper to an M3 one .

Cool idea. Killer look.
With a 3D scan of the stock unit for interfaces, a CAD model could be made relatively easily. Then, you just need access to 3D printer that can handle the size of the part and you're done.

You can go on vagcom and uninstall fog lights

I think there are places that make a fog light delete kit or like someone said just vagcom the fog light out. thats the easy part. the hard part is getting someone to create this item. ECS tuning is the best bet. so everyone keep pushing them!!!

Could always just mount them behind the grill too. That way you could use them if need be.

Could always just mount them behind the grill too. That way you could use them if need be.

Hmm I dont think that would work because the fog lights follow the line of the fog light grille. They would need to be removed to fit the grille.

I use my Fog Lights every once in a while. Otherwise I would. I would love the Caractre Bumper but don't wanna spend $1800 on it.

I use them as well but I would much rather have that aggressive RS look in the front end!!

Cheap and easy. Heck even a round projector fog light kit I think should've been made. It would look good with these mesh grilles!

Haha! I did that with my M3 bumper back in the day as well on my E92.

Anyways, love the idea. Definitely provides a more aggressive look.

Idk I just remember that's how the b7 DTM bumpers worked. No visible fog light but they still worked because of the way they were mounted.....if that makes sense.

You can buy square honeycomb grills on ebay, for modification.
