2010 A4 car has 116k miles. The idling has been more rough it seems lately, once in awhile I can feel it actually vibrate hard for a second. Sometimes the rpms will dip very slightly juddering the car for a very short time. Im thinking its maybe spark plugs, because of my oil consumption. But also my car suffers from a loose wastegate (rattling) and im positive the intake valves have never been cleaned. Any ideas?

Spark plugs/ignition coils have 17k on them
    PCV have 15k on them
1k per quart of oil generally, more when oil has 3k miles

Have you pulled a plug to see what color, gap, etc. are? Could be a good place to start.

Could also be a failed or failing motor mount.

Probably not much you can do until you have the oil consumption dealt with. Could be spark plugs, injectors or carbon build up.....but they could be symptoms of your oil consumption. Honestly, considering what I went through with my '09 A4 (all of what you are experiencing) I would strongly consider trading her in.

Have you been able to investigate?

You can also check your motor mounts. IIRC, you will see fluid coming out of the boot in the event there is a failure.
