Symphony II Radio service manual

I figured i'd post this for anyone looking to repair their symphony II Radio or replace separate components.It has alot of good information in regards to the radio.Full schematic also list parts numbers for every component.LCD part number is L5DAAMD00001.Just as an example.I looked it up and its not cheap new lcd is $206.Not very budget friendly when It comes to the replacement of the lcd,but at least all part numbers are provided if needed.Looks like everything could be ordered from mcm electronics.

This came in handy for me as i needed to repair a board that was damaged by water.

Also Since I will be moving the face plate and controls of the radio into the glovebox to make room for a ipad mini It helps with part numbers to connector to make a plug n play wiring harness.So instead of cannibalizing a another radio just for the connectors.The connectors could be purchased separately for about $20.


I hope this will come in handy for some of those here who are looking to repair and or modify their radios.
