SSAC / XS Power Downpipe Owners, do you guys have rattling problems?

Hey guys, so I have had the SSAC / XS Power catted downpipes on my b6 avant for about 6 months. Dealt with some exhaust leak issues (fixed with better clamps although still seems to be slight leak at where downpipe meets manifold...) and now as of late it has started to rattle quite noticeably when I let go of the gas. I looked under the car and the pipes are very close to this crossmember (https://c1552172.ssl.cf0.rackcdn.com/514580_x800.jpg). Not sure if my motor mounts are going bad or if the downpipe mounts with springs that attach to the tranny are not installed right. I even tried taking the mounts off and it still rattles, although maybe not as much. Does anyone have a pic of how their downpipes are routed and how they ended up using the exhaust to tranny mounts?

It could be how you mounted the DP itself. I had this issue once with the piggie (stock) downpipes. Loosen the 3 bolts at the exhaust manifold and try to adjust or rotate the pup some so that it's not touching the crossmember anymore. You should be able to get just enough space for the rattle to stop

Yes, they are close but the only problem I had was the cat back hanger dinging against the propshaft.

if your motor mounts or snub is bad, that will allow a lot more engine movement causing your d/p's to hit on something
