Remove and replace window regulator rivets - no drill or riveting machine

Looks like I have to replace the front window regulator and I hear it has rivets. Is there any way to remove them without using a drill, dremel, grinder and can I replace them with some nuts and bolts? If so, what dimensions should the bolts be?

Its very easy to take a center punch and small drill and removes the rivets. Took me 5 minutes. Dont know how else you would remove those rivets.

Reinstall with new rivets.

Do it right.

All right ... What about nuts and bolts instead of rivets? I live in a 120 ft2 'apartment' and own enough one-time use A4 tools already

A drill isn't a one time use item. There's always more shit to drill. Just pick it up at a pawn shop for cheap. As for the rivet tool it's like 4.99 at harbor freight. Also pick up a center punch at harbor freight
