Dealer road rashed my Ti Package wheels

I know, I should have taken before pictures, but dammit, the dealership should know better than to scratch up the edges of my rims when installing tires on my 18" Titanium package wheels. I know these are lower profile, but not so low that they can't be done without damage. There must be four of five spots that the scraped up. I'm calling them on Monday to voice my concerns. I spend over $2000 on control arms, coils and some other things. The tire install was sort of an afterthought in my mind and they jacked it up. What should I ask for? This can't be normal. Thanks.

I'd probably be best to get on this asap. The more time that goes by the less they're likely to take responsibility.

its not hard to install tires without scratching the wheels.

Whoever did it was either negligent or suck at tires

I ask to them to the rims at N/C. Most dealers these days have a rim repair vendor

Request that the wheels be refinished. I'd send the dealer an email tonight alerting them to it to get on top of it, and then call on Monday as well.
