Hood Release Sensor Plug & Cable?

I noticed a loose cable in the engine bay and realized my radiator fan must've contacted my hood release sensor wire and broke the sensor off the back of the hood latch.






What do I have to replace to repair this sensor? the entire latch assembly? The plug wire has some nicks but it appears that it might not be damaged; if it is what part # would I need? I haven't found it online.




Also noticed the fan was missing a blade..






Does anyone have a clutch fan for sale? lol

Are there any part outs any one could point me to source these parts? Mainly the fan as I need that asap. Also can I replace the blades alone or do I need the entire fan clutch all together?
