Gents, so was attempting the chain and tensioner replacement and got screwed by the dreaded cam adjuster bolt. Mofo stripped out .
So I'm moving on to plan B: remove the cam cradle and pull out the intake cam. Did lots or research and it seems scraping off the factory sealant is the major drama here.
And here comes my question. Which sealant should I use aside from the atrociously overpriced oem one.
I'm currently considering the following two options
