WTB: B8.5 w/low miles in Northeast

Looking for a low mileage B8.5 S4 in the Northeast area. Prefer 6MT but will consider DSG for the right price. Must have Nav, Sports Diff and Advanced Key. Prefer backup camera and park assist but not a deal breaker. Mods are ok and actually preferred. Color preferences are in the following order: White Grey Silver Black. Must be under $40k. Lemme know what you've got or if you've come across something that fits the bill. Thanks!
