Related error codes to P0322 / P0321 Engine speed Sensor

I'm working on my neighbor's 2003 1.8T w/ 140K miles. Both the Check Engine and ESP lights were on - I pulled P0321 and P0322 error codes which certainly seems to indicate a failing Engine Speed sensor.

But I also pulled the following codes:
P1931 Coolant Fan Control Module J293 Resistance too Small
    P1290 ECT resistance too large
    P0420 Cat efficiency
    01119 Sporadic Gear Recognition Signal

Just wondering if I should be looking at something else (a marginal ground perhaps), that might be related to all of these.

    Any thoughts?

I would replace the engine speed sensor and the rear CTS and then reset and see if the P1931 and P0420 comes back.

What are you using to pull the codes?

    I have a Launch Creader VII+

I think I'm just going to try the speed sensor first and get him back on the road. At least if the other stuff is actually failing it won't leave him stranded like a failed speed sensor could.
