This is a fairly rare car to have a 6speed with all these options. I had bought it with 56k cpo from Audi, previous owner traded it in for a b8.5 s4.

Looks like stock exhaust. It has downpipes though, correct? Also curious to whether the water pump/timing belt have been done (Im assuming so) very interested.

Stock downpipes, stock exhaust.

No timing belt on the b8s, think your thinking b5, water pump was replaced by the previous owner, they are not prone to fail like the b5.
