    That piping off the exhaust is really interesting...you think that's just to re-direct the sound away from the shot?

    quasi off topic but does anyone else think that the new McLaren's front end is very bizzarely proportioned? Its like the headlights were made for a much smaller car then wedged into that body. The other proportions are great, but that front end just looks like it was stretched too tight over a frame it wasnt meant for.

    Agreed. Everything on that car is near perfect except the front. McLaren is very aero / form-over-function focused, so i'm sure it 'works' but still the front is just plain ugly. 650S and P1 were executed much better IMO.
