Hi Pascal, First of all welcome to Audizine. This forum is absolutely loaded with great info, but you need to search to find it. Most members won't be very responsive to questions that have been covered hundreds of times, like "what mods should I do?" so do a quick search and you'll usually find what you need.

Concerning the bumper, you'll have to pull out the pocket book and buy a new OEM bumper if you want something new, there aren't many good aftermarket bumper choices for these cars. If you are willing to buy a used bumper (which is definitely what you want to do), then you'll have to be quick because complete S4 bumpers are a super hot commodity in this community. Keep an eye on the B5 S4/RS4 classifieds, and check craigslist ever day and you might get lucky. However I feel compelled to tell you that it's not going to be easy to track one down, so good luck!
