I've been looking for a lightly used C7.5 S6 for a little bit now. I starting realizing the chances of me finding a CPO with all the options I want were slim at best. My buddy is GM of a dealership so I called him up, talked for 2 minutes and ended up ordering one on the spot.

Black Optics

Power Rear Window Shade

3 months from delivery, gonna feel like eternity.

Side note: rode in a friend's APR stage 1 C7.5 S6 today...super impressed...mods are coming.

Audi exclusive is worth it. Our cars are rare, but it is nice to know you can count your configuration on a single hand. I will likely go exclusive on the next car as well if cost isn't a restriction.

The GM told me there isn't another C7.5 S6 in Nardo with an alcantera headliner. I guess it makes it a 1 of 1? Either way, so excited to see Nardo in person

I think it is variable, but it showed up on my sticker as $3990 for a metallic pearl paint.

Have you seen it in person? I only ask because I didn't give it much praise until I laid eyes on it personally. I don't splurge for things like paint, ever. But my jaw was dropped when I saw it with my own eyes

Nope. I guess I think its crazy that swapping the paint canister on the assembly line costs more than the entire sport package with sport diff.

Why choose one? I like both

I spoke to a paint specialist at an Audi dealer. For the exclusive color paints, they wait until there are enough orders in the queue then completely shut down the factory paint color section of the factory to "re-rig" the equipment with the exclusive colors and knock them out in a group. That being said, if you order an exclusive paint and land at the beginning of a new queue, it could be months before they paint your car.

Praying to god I landed at the end of a queue so it gets in there sooner!

Some truth to that but it has to make sense that the exclusive color paints cost more for Audi than their traditional factory colors..

Op if your pockets are deep I'd consider the b/o. The Bose system sucks on the c7 and from what people say it's gotten no better.

I was experimenting with the Bose system this weekend, and I have to say that it's miles better than the B&O system I had in my B8.5 S4. It louder, clearer, and has more bass. Sure, the bass lacks a bit if you tend to listen to bass'y songs, but I'm not sure you'll hear a $6500 difference from the B&O system in the C7. Maybe if you're an audiophile and listen to classical music in the parking lot with the engine off...

The popup tweeters are pretty cool though.

I'm no audio boffin, but the Bose in my C7.5 S6 sounds pretty good. Remember the sub woofer in the S6 has a very different layout to the S7, as the sub woofer is in the rear parcel shelf, not tucked away in the spare tire well.

If I were worth 9-figures, I still wouldn't drop the money for the B&O system. First of all, you're required to go prestige..which isn't too bad. Then add another $6k for the upgrade, absolutely ridiculous.

The Bose sounds great to me.

It is a lot of dough and I sort of agree. I had b/o in my a4 and the Bose was in the c7 is a bit better but I was still disappointed. At least you've heard them both and are making an educated decision. Congrats. Look forward to seeing pics.
