APEX PS-7 5x120 bolt pattern... adapter for RS-5?

I recently sold my BMW M3 and purchased an Audi RS5. I have a set of APEX PS-7 rims. They are a staggered set-up (19x10.5" and 19x9.5") with a 5x120 bolt pattern and 72.56 centerbore. I was going to sell them but was then thinking maybe I could use them as a winter set for my RS5 (put winter tires on the rims). My RS5 has the stock 20" rims with the 275 Pirelli PZeros on them.

Is this possible? Adapter? Would the staggered setup with 19" be an issue on the RS5?

Took an initial look on the forum but could not find any threads on bolt pattern adapters.

Appreciate any feedback you may have.

also wondering the same thing before i just re drill the bolt pattern instead.

Adapters must be 15mm+ so it's not going to work unfortunately. You could however re-drill them to 5x112.

Thanks guys... Might just sell them and look to buy something similar but with the correct bolt pattern

+15mm ADAPTERS wont put you out of spec! What offset are the wheels? I'm 20x10.5 +5 front and +18 rear with 275/30/20 and my wheels fit under the arches when I air out!
