So you ship your chip in and from the data on your specific chip, Mark Malone custom tunes it and it is reprogrammed and shipped back to you? Sounds like an interesting alternative to mainly canned tunes out there.. Also, looking at the available options, I have 92 octane for premium available where I live, so I'd probably be stuck with a 91 octane tune so does that mean I can't go past Stage I? Otherwise, I could probably add a touch of octane booster I suppose...

You would need to send in your whole ECU. We then upload the file Mark has built for your vehicle and then send it back to you ready to install. The more we know about the vehicle the more Mark can custom tailor your file.

If you only have 92 available Mark can tweak the file to allow for 92 octane.

Had a Stage 2 Malone tune on my 06 Jetta TDI, great tuner and they were quick. It made a HUGE difference for that paltry 100hp engine by kicking it up to 140 or so...

Definitely!

It's not as simple as a cookie cutter tune where you just pay the fee then ship your ECU to him. You'll have to run some logs and then e-mail them so he can adjust it properly but in the end, you have a tune custom to what you want.
