letter from Audi stating i will go over my Milage

Hi guys, i recently got a letter from the dealer stating that i will most likely go over my millage in my lease and they offered some deals and/or get a new vehicle. they were pretty specific ( you will most likely be over 11562 MILES LOL). Has anyone gotten this and how can they track the millage i pass. Also, isnt that a privacy issue?

Almost anytime you go to a shop for service they record your mileage and it gets shared with the world. Services like carfax offer it up to insurance companies and the like.

I don't think it would it be a privacy issue with a leased car since you don't own it and you're basically renting it.
