So in kansas city every pump offers 87/89/93

should I just go for the 93? Even the Audi manual says to run 91..

The more octane the better. They just want a minimum to prevent knock.

I wish I had 93 here. Dammit Cali.

Yes, you want a minimum of 91. Higher than 91 is fine...get the 93.

And you won't get any performance benefits running 93 vs. 91....but you will avoid the performance problems that you would encounter with 87 and 89.
