    P2279, P0088, P0299 Error Codes

Hey guys I was wondering if I could get some help on trying to pinpoint what my issue is. So I got a CEL a few weeks back and scanned my car, getting these error codes. I've had misfires before, and replacing the spark plugs and coilpacks within the last year fixed the issue. PCV has also been replaced in the last year when I was leaking boost.

Right now I'm not experiencing anything out of the oridinary, I don't feel the car is losing power or leaking boost. Before when it was leaking boost it would stutter at 3000rpm and drop a bit in the RPM range before any power would be delivered, not the case this time.

Just based on some research, I'm thinking it could be the intake manifold starting to go out. But there's no code for that, so I'm not 100% sure on it. The CEL hasn't come back since I cleared the codes. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

seems like you might need a new turbo... p0299 is usually the waste gate flapper getting stuck

Hmm excuse to go K04 then ;) But that comes as a surprise, because the turbo was replaced under warranty before because the waste gate flapper got stuck.

how long ago was it replaced? you could also have a torn Diverter valve. but if the turbo was replaced recently, you probably have a REV d.. check your coil packs and spark plugs. are you tuned?

It was replaced 2 years ago. Hmm I'll check the DV. Doubting it will be coil packs and spark plugs, those were replaced last year, but doesn't hurt to check them. Tuned with REVO stage 2.

P0299 wouldn't come up if it was just misfires. When I got that code, I had to replace the turbo
