What does the spark plug say?

Kinda like what does the fox say but way less ridiculous.

I just pulled these NGK BRK7E plugs out of my 2.0T, stage2, HFC 3" turbo back, Hpfp. I think they were too hot for the tune? I put in NGK BRK8Eix in their place.

Id like to know what other people think about their condition/how the motor was running.

Looks fine to me. Is there any oil on the spark plug thread?
