    17" OZ Super Leggera + 18z Caliper Clearances

    I highly doubt 18z's would clear 17's. I have 332mm stoptechs, and they clear 17's. but just barely. The caliper grazes the wheel weights if they're the stick on kind inside the barrel it's so tight.

    Yep I'm 95% set on 17z, but I will always wonder unless someone knows.

    Reportedly, 18Z will clear 17" OZ Ultraleggera barrels. One of the rare wheels that is claimed to clear 18Z, along with a set of SSRs, and allroad twin spokes.

    Can't speak for the Superleggeras, but I figure the two may have similar barrels.

    In German the term "z" is used as an abreviation for "zoll" which is a German term for inches in tire height. This exists because for some reason the world uses standard for tires and metric for all other things.

    There are 17z and 18z brakes. 17z fit under 17in. 18z need 18in at a minimum. 330 rotors vs 350.

    There are 17" wheels that will fit over 18Z calipers/350mm rotors.
