Question on P0456 small evap leak code

I have a B8.5 S4 that I purchased recently, but is unfortunately not still under warranty due to the mileage. The car recently had the check engine light go on and I have the Carista dongle, so I used it and came up with the code P0456 very small evap leak. In an attempt to find the issue myself, I replaced the charcoal canister, and the purge value (8K0 906 253L) that I got from ECS Tuning. The vent tube that goes across the top of the canister (8K0 201 997AK) seems to be ok, but I still have the code. Based on another post I saw from jl87, it looks like there's a TSB 2035073 that might possibly be the issue. From what I can tell from the wording on the service order, they open the purge value and replace G400 inside it. Does this sound right? Seems like they would just have a new purge valve to install. I guess my 3 questions are:

    1. Since it looks like the TSB came out Dec 2014, does a brand new purge value get me the correct G400, or whatever it is?
    2. If I still need this G400 where would I find the correct one since the service order just says replace on G400 or another?
    3. If this doesn't end up being the issue, where else would someone start? I know people have mentioned the gas cap, but looking around, that would show as a major evap leak.

Thanks and any help would be appreciated. Here's the service order and credit goes to jl87.

Did you replace the gas cap? That's a common problem as well.

No, I haven't, they seemed to mention that the gas cap would show as a major evap leak, but I can certainly give it a try. Thanks.

After you change out the gas cap, make sure that the code is cleared. It won't go away without clearing.

Hi, mm5300, were you able to fix the issue? I'm getting a same code once in awhile, and trying to figure out where to start from.
