2000 A4 Electric cooling fan not kicking in at high temp

The fan comes on with AC, but does not come on with temp, I can activate the Fan in both low and high speed with VCDS, but it will not turn on in the car with temp....I will try to jump 1-2 and 3-4 to see if it kicks in, if not then maybe it's the switch?

I know I saw someone post this exact problem but I lost the thread before I was able to see how he fixed it, he had a dropbox video of him testing the fan with VCDS and had the same stuff as me.

Okay, I think it may be an air lock, coolant doesn't seem to be getting to the sensor easily and thermostat seems to have a hard time opening, also no pressure in cooling system so I got a new cap. Hopefully I can bleed the system and make it do things and stuff. Anyone ever have this problem?/ what is the best way to take out air locks?
